Informationization at Today's administrative institution needs to keep up with the development of era,for each department's management ability and competitiveness of its human resources.The traditional manual processing mode can no longer be tedious amount of information and the need of the HR's management,it will affect the development of the unit the leadership decision-making and the business.Some local taxation bureau of shaanxi province,the foundation is weak,the informationization's level is low,relatively backward technology,lack of scientific operation platform.So it is still in the traditional human resources management stage,it is the result of the cost of personnel on the high side,not scientific evaluation method.Current function is more and more refined,the tax bureau working content increasing,the number of temporary workers is also growing rapidly,staff and temporary workers attendance record is staff in each department to take the original written records,is not conducive to the internal management and unit image set.At the same time,the temporary liquidity,enter,pull,time-consuming,traditional manual statistics data on error-prone.This paper describes the human resource management system.The personnel department for tax bureau staff to provide a flexible way of system access,it can't limited by geographical and time use this system to provide the auxiliary functions can meet the needs of daily work.Deployment of the design of this system adopts B/S architecture,and using JSP to system function implementation,deployment platform for Windows server backend server.In this paper,the software design and development process for the order group.First of all,this system involved in the second chapter in this paper,analysis of the related technology,and introduces the implementation difficulties.Such as,Introduction and using methods Java Bean controls,JDBC related technical instructions,etc.Second,in the third chapter of this paper is human resources management system of the system software requirements extracted to comb,through the statements the business system,further to abstract finishing system business requirements,the implementation of complete system target,and according to the system requirements to set up the system of test targets.It has designed and implemented of the process in more detail in the fourth chapter of this paper on the system.Architectural design of the system architecture and system network gradually on the basis of the design to the system each function module implementation,including personnel management module,payroll management module,organization management module,personal information management module,and system management module of the five big function module design process description.The design of the main functions of this system makes some realization in the form of UML in detail.Finally,in the fifth chapter describes the system design is completed the function of related testing activities.The test is including delivery to the system function of functional testing.The purpose of this test is to ensure the system after the delivery of the user to correct and stable running.They also include the content of the related test for the performance of the system and security is introduced.Through software requirement analysis,system design,coding,implementation to the final of this series of software engineering in software testing process,complete the development process of the system of human resource management system.To pass the final software testing link,to ensure that meet the demand of the original on the function of this system,and in performance meet the practical needs.When the actual deployment has completed,at the same time in the practical application of environment greatly improved the work efficiency of the personnel department office,at the same time also for all leaders and departments to provide all kinds of quick and accurate personnel management data,statistics and management.
