In order to achieve the strategic decision of China North Industries Group Corporation,in accordance with the requirements of the group's information construction planning and setting,with comprehensive and enhance the level of group management information construction ideas,we have carried out the information demand research work for the group human resources department in charge of the business.We hope to construct the synergy and highly effective human resources management module to improve the "data island","data acquisition",and other adverse situation existing in the work of human resources management,realize the human resources for examination and approval of business to deal with the paperless,substantial increase the group human resources management level,establish the human resource management system with the of group management characteristics.The human resource management module in this dissertation is designed based on the Domino technology platform,using BS architecture and the integration of text-type database and relational database,the file database of relevant electronic approval process and personnel information has been established.The business scenarios and elements of human resources management module include:the basic information of managerial personnel,new staff entry and employment after probation,job information management,staff training activities,staff self-help module and so on.The electronic approval process includes:entry approval process,employment approval process,training activities approval process,new position approval process.The use of the Human resources management module will comprehensively enhance the normative and efficient of the group's human resources management.Through the use of Domino,JDBC,jQuery EasyUI and FusionCharts,including the implementation of function:1.Established human resource management module,which can meet the needs of business management;2.Established the information desk of the group personnel,which can provide real-time,accurate and flexible inspection and statistics;3.To achieve the access control and control of different role users to ensure the safety and reliability of the system;4.Realize the integration of text database and relational database;The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:Firstly,the research significance of the problem and the research status quo at home and abroad are analyzed.Then,the platform and technology used in this development and construction are introduced.Then,according to the theory and specification of software engineering,the requirement analysis,the process design,the interface design and the database design have been accomplished.Then the system implementation and testing have been carried out to verify the completion of the design of human resources management module can meet the functional design requirements.Finally,the summary of the work is given.
