With the rapid development of Internet, the concept of the knowledge management has been paid more and more attention by the government departments and enterprises, and gets some development in recent years. Enterprise knowledge management attracts more and more attention, mainly because, in the daily operation and management, enterprises accumulate a large number of knowledge, these knowledge are one base of development. With the amount of knowledge increasing, the content of knowledge is becoming more complex, if we can't give these knowledge full management or use, then we will lose its value and lose the competitiveness in the enterprise competition.According to the situations of the enterprise above, how to find a good way of obtaining, preserving and using knowledge has become a hot popular topic in the present research field. So the requirements of Knowledge System emerge, as the times require.This subject stems from a Knowledge Management project of a corporation from Beijing, the system is based on Domino platform, architecture is B/S(Browser/Server), AJAX technique is used a lot to archive the interaction between pages and server.This thesis analysis and summarize the research trends of knowledge management and related areas, in the design and implementation, proposes solutions to solve the practical problems, these solutions include: designing and implementing a lightweight documents approval engine to approve documents and improve execution efficiency, approval mode and approver can be set at any time to meet the requirements in different companies and different periods. Based on the principle of probability and statistics, the philosophy of reflecting the value of staff and knowledge, a dynamic points mechanism is designed, points calculation is based on the user's performance before, it makes users participate in the knowledge sharing actively, it also users'performance in knowledge integrating into performance assessment system more feasible. Distributed statistics technique is used to solve the problem of low efficiency on Domino platform, this technique disperses one-time consumption of large number of time and system resource, exchanges a consumption of a small amount of storage space to higher execution efficiency, improves user experience. With using Attachments separated storage technique, system performance issues are solved, which is caused by the rapid expansion of database. In the design process, when basic functions is implemented, more is considered about how to system execution efficiency.This thesis studies have produced society production meaning and application value in the Knowledge Management System field based on Domino.
