With the development of international economic globalization,the human resource management of the traditional electric power company hasn't been able to adapt to the need of information personnel management under the new tendency.However,with the invention of the electric power company's ERP-HR which is belong to ERP,the matter can be solved perfectly.In recent years,many companies in my country also adopt some human resource management system one after another to manage personnel service scientifically.After adopting ERP,many companies develop human resource managem ent,and the exploit is strongly promoted.The system can not only extremely promote t he efficiency of human resource management,but also can make the human resource g et scientific and excellent management,so that the human resource management of this company can get greatly optimize,and gradually improve the company's objective b enefits and production efficiency,and ERP-HR has already become the new popularity a mong the domestic and overseas companies.In this paper,through the research of human resources management mode in power supply enterprise,analyzes the ERP-HR system in the demand of power supply enterprise,and the system used by the MySQL database system,J2 EE system architecture technology,and the detailed introduction of JSP page display technology.Then according to the human resource management of power supply enterprise daily work requirements,the demand for the system are analyzed,including the contents of system design objectives,the role of system requirements,system functional requirements and the purpose of use case analysis.To build the system specific function and construction goals based on data analysis and provide the basis for the systemic design.In the process of systemic design and implementation,the business process of the system is analyzed in detail,including attendance management,training management and recruitment management business process.On this basis,the function architecture,system level and database system design of the system are carried out.The system framework is set up and the MySQL database is designed successfully.Based on this,the implementation of modules,such as staff management module,staff salary management module,staff recruitment management module and staff training management module,is studied.In this part of the research also introduced the implementation of the interface including operation code,login management and so on.Finally,the exploitation and design of human resource management system and other aspects are tested,the testing situation is analyzed,and the operation of each functional module of the system is analyzed.Through these tests and analysis,this exploitation and design system has been developed to achieve the expected goal of demand analysis and has high practicability.The human resource management system of electric power enterprise is a set of simple and practical human resource management platform.The system combines the current status of human resource management in electric power enterprises and the planning of human resource management in the future,which provides a train of thought for personnel management in power supply enterprises to adapt to the future and realize their own innovative personnel management mode.
