Analysis And Design Of Human Resource System Integration Based On SOA Technology

Human Resource management is the central management area of every corporation, series of human resource management systems not only brings convenience to the operations, but also bring more problems, how to improve the correctness, timely update and faster index of the HR information become more and more widely aware. The next phase is to shape up corporate service index and service registry by setting up effective controlling system, and develop into information management areas, to establish enterprise service bus (ESB, Enterprise Service Bus). SOA is an escalation of Web2.0 concept, another milestone for corporate development and it start a new chapter of corporate integration on application level.
