Human Resource management is the central management area of every corporation, series of human resource management systems not only brings convenience to the operations, but also bring more problems, how to improve the correctness, timely update and faster index of the HR information become more and more widely aware. For those already established heterogeneous systems, whether to improve it based on current architecture, or to start over a new system, is an issue for every Information Technology technician to face and deal with.This discourse will introduce how SOA architecture resolves information decentralization, process isolation and poor systematic cooperation of the heterogeneous systems. Through the research of SOMA methodology; adopting top-down and bottom-up analysis; identification, description and realization of services, in order to resolve the problem among systems and also new requirements, and using BPEL process arrangement technology to further improve service cooperation among systems. SOA is also a business model; the widespread of SOA technology enhances system integrations while fully preserving established systems, a business model based new system integration architecture.It takes several phases to build up SOA architecture; this subject will integrate numerous systems into SOA architecture based on Human Resource Management system. The next phase is to shape up corporate service index and service registry by setting up effective controlling system, and develop into information management areas, to establish enterprise service bus (ESB, Enterprise Service Bus). SOA is an escalation of Web2.0 concept, another milestone for corporate development and it start a new chapter of corporate integration on application level.
