The Technology Research Of Resource Management And Integration For Networked Manufacturing

In the ages of information, the market environment changes rapidly. Facing the increasing competition in the global market, the enterprises, especially the small-medium ones, should make use of all kinds of resources to serve for themselves, and improve their own core competence. However, the resource distribution and isomerous characteristics have been marked problems in the Networked Manufacturing environment. Therefore, in order for the resources to serve the enterprise better, we should realize effective resource integration and management.This paper, combined with the National 863 Project titled as "Regional Modem Integrated Manufacture System Development and Application at The Core of Chengdu, Deyang and Mianyang", discusses the development process of the resource integration and management in the Networked Manufacturing environment, and the application of national database in the in the Networked Manufacturing environment.Based on the research on the networked manufacturing and the relationship between networked manufacturing and resource integration and management, and the foreign and domestic networked manufacturing, the significance of resource integration and management are discussed. Combined with system structure and function structure of the networked manufacturing ASP platform, the expression, description and modeling of platform's resources are studied. Based on these, Combined with the networked manufacturing structure, the architecture of resource integration and management is and designed and analyzed. Based on this the architecture of resource integration and management, according to the requirement of project,taking national database Kingbase Es,the system of the equipment resource integration and management is designed , analysed and main module is implemented. Finally, prospects for future research about resource platform are discussed.
