Along with the developing of the economic reform process, business management also changes with the times changed. Enterprise competition is out of the material and financial resources competition already and evolved into a greater emphasis on human resource competition. In order to strengthen and shape the enterprise’s core competitiveness, personnel management as a core competence of throughout bearing carrier has become the key component of business management. The so-called management strategies and tactical things had completely abandoned. In the human resources management system, modern human resource management into a centralized database, employee self-service, automated information processing and services shared ideas, so as to significantly improve the efficiency of business processes, improve service, manage costs and greatly reduce the effects.This thesis mainly introduced the idea design, function design and implementation scheme of the human resources management system, the realization process of each function module of the system and the software and hardware are introduced in detail; combined with the actual situation of Guangda life insurance sub branch, from the system structure, system analysis and design, database design and exploration of data exchange, to establish a perfect application system. This article main content is as follows:1. Detailed study was performed on papers and thesis of personnel management at home and abroad and created summary report after a summarized organize these documents complete.2. Analysis and comparative study was carried out for the main technology for development of the information system and its performance. Also including Web development technologies analyzing; Simple Web Service platform, SSH framework, and Oracle database management software was introduced in this system.3. Combined with the Gunag Da Yong Ming people’s insurance system requirements analysis of the actual situation of the Sichuan branch, mainly from the overall objective of the human resources management system, all functional requirements, user roles, security, performance and other aspects of demand analysis.4. Combined with the realities of human resource management systems, compare existing systems as well as system design principles such as respect, from the overall design, the function module for the system detailed design and database design for the three major aspects of the system, and is described in detail.5. The system uses My Eclipse as major coding and debugging tools, implementationwas introducedin this section with pictures showing the details of the system.6. Systems test link, including the functional and system testing in order to verify the correctness of system functions and logic.System delivery, customer business is running well, and Everbrite Yong Ming Ren Shou of Sichuan branch met the demand of human resource management.
