Research And Implementation Of University Personnel Management System Based On SSH Technology

Along with the rapid development of computer technology and the widely application of computer system,human beings have gradually entered the information society.The personnel information management system should be able to provide the sufficient information and the quick inquiry method for the user.But the people have since always used the traditional and manual artificial way management document file and personnel information,and this management way has many shortcomings.Such as,low efficiency,poor security and so on.Moreover,with the increase in time,will produce the massive documents and the data,are difficult to find,update and maintenance.In this paper,the advanced Struts + Spring + Hibernate framework technology,the research and implementation of university personnel information management system based on SSH model.This paper in detail elaborated the university personnel management system requirements analysis,design,implementation process.The system adopts object-oriented design method,and the paper studies the main content of the system is divided into four parts:login management,the faculty of information management,staff salary management and staff attendance management.Through analysis,design,coding,finally completed a personnel management system,in order to satisfy the demands of university personnel management.At the same time,considering the information in the open network transmission is not safe,and we by adding DES encryption processing to increase the security of the system.In this paper,we choose the system is used in front of the Jsp and JavaScript joint development,and the part of database server uses Oracle database management system.The architecture of SSH B/S model is more able to reflect the stability and feasibility of system based on.
