With the enlargement of universities in scale, the information of the teaching and administrative staff increases largely, managing them is very complex. But now many universities still uses traditional method Excel to manage them. This method is easy to make mistakes, data redundancy and inconsistency, and has a bad sharing. It is unable to meet the current needs. Therefore, developing a personnel management information system for universities, which has high performance, high efficiency, a unified database, easy to use and maintain, is very necessary.According to the actual needs of personnel management in universities, this article puts forward B/S architecture of university personnel management information system.
