To Through the high and new computer technology and developed network conditions for modern management, we can improve the efficiency of the personnel management department and achieve efficient service and manage personnel data safely and effectively, and then promote the true information construction.The object of personnel management is the basic information of the teachers and staff members, whose information is dynamic changes. As a personnel division of university, they should provide accurate and clear statistical data for relevant leaders. The personnel management divisions can provide accurate data, which can help leaders and decision makers, make relevant actual policy and documents. Thus they could bring better welfare for the teaching staff and the college staff, and further improve the teaching staff and other employees’ enthusiasm, and promote the all-round development of the school construction.This thesis elaborates systematically the development of personnel administration information system in universities,suggesting that the personnel administration in universities should be handled by using the popular information system based on WEB. The author,with working experience many years,has an insight into the connotative and denotative meaning of the personnel administration inu11 iversities,and is acquainted with the corresponding operation snow.According to the requirements of the school personnel division to strengthen the personnel information management, combined with the current information management systems’ development and actual situation of the personnel divisions, we design and develop the university personnel management information system. According to the content and characteristics of personnel management work, we provide comprehensive and accurate data for personnel devision timely, which greatly improves the work efficiency of personnel management, and complete the informatization of school personnel work.System takes three-layer structure based on J2 EE architecture, which are the presentation layer, business logic layer and data storage layers.We take the MVC framework design idea and method, through the integration of SSH frame, making the program structure clearly, each layer function clear, and reducing the program’s coupling. Tnteracting with the database, we use the DAO database design pattern to abstract and encapsulate all data source visit, separating logic and database access logic.The system is now used by school personnel, basic to achieve the desired effect.
