With the rapid improvement of computer technology and the acceleration ofinternet level, the informatization of personnel managements is an inevitable trend ofdevelopment of modern colleges and universities. Personnel department is anessential part of the administration in colleges and universities. In order to improvethe efficiency and quality, elevate the level of personnel management, satisfy theneeds of modern management, provide scientific decision-making, the developmentof personnel management system for colleges and universities becomes the veryurgent matter, meanwhile it is also important to research of the core technology.Therefore, this thesis investigates the current situation of the personnel managementsystem, combines the characteristic: efficient, reliable and real-time, analyzes the B/Sthree-layer architecture model and the.NET technology, at last, introduces the designand implementation of the personnel administration system which is fit for theinformationization construction based on data mining.This thesis firstly describes the background, significance, and the related currentresearch. What’s more, this thesis expounds the key development technology and thedata mining theoretic methods. According to the requirement of personnelmanagement in colleges and universities, this thesis, gives the general design ofdatabase and the related function modules. Then, through to the analysis thealgorithms of association rule mining in data mining, and the key to the study is theapriori algorithm, this thesis uses the apriori algorithm to realize the scientificmanagement. Finally, the paper gives the implementation process of the functionmodules.To avoid the shortcomings of the previous personnel management system, such asnon-uniform information, inefficiency, and the low information sharing, the personneladministration system based on the.NET technology is constructed, realizing themanagement of information, improving work efficiency greatly. Thus, it has the advantages of broad prospect of application.
