Theory And Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Depression With Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction

Objective:To explore the efficacy basis of Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction in the treatment of emotional disorders,analyze the prescription meaning and characteristics,and clarifiy its indications.Clinical observation was made to evaluate the curative effect of Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction in the treatment of depression,and to explore its rule of syndrome and treatment,so as to deepen the understanding of the treatment of depression with Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction,and to find a new way for the treatment of emotional disorders.Methods:On the basis of systematic review and analysis of ancient and modern literature on the treatment of emotional disorders with Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction,according to the theoretical understanding and clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of depression with Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction,this paper analyzes the prescription characteristics of Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction,explores its efficacy in the treatment of depression,and clarifies its indications.According to the basic principles of clinical trial design,64 patients with depression were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases).The treatment group was treated with Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction,and the control group was treated with sertraline.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The related indexes were observed before,4 weeks after and 8 weeks after treatment.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction in the treatment of depression by comparing the integral changes of depression core symptoms,Hamilton depression scale and TCM syndrome score scale before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:(1)Comparison of overall efficacy of depression:4 cases were cured,12 cases were significantly effective,13 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective in the treatment group.The control group consisted of 4 cases,10 cases,14 cases and 2 cases,respectively.By examination,there was no difference in the overall efficacy of depression between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of hamd-17 scores:?Comparison of total hamd-17 scores:after treatment,the total hamd-17 scores of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).?Comparison of hamd-17 scores:after treatment,the hamd-17 scores of the two groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment.In terms of body weight,day and night changes,and systemic symptoms,P>0.05,and other P<0.01,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving anxiety/somatization,cognition disorder and blocking(P<0.01).The improvement of sense of despair in the control group was better than that in the treatment group(P<0.01).There was no difference between the two groups in weight,night and day changes and sleep disorders(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of scores of major core symptoms of depression:?Comparison of total scores of major core symptoms of depression:after treatment,the total scores of major core symptoms of depression in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and there was no difference between groups(P>0.05).?Comparison of scores of major core symptoms of depression:after treatment,scores of each core symptom of depression were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),comparison between groups,there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of TCM syndrome results:?Comparison of syndrome efficacy:2 cases were cured,8 cases were significantly effective,19 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective in the treatment group.The control group was 0 cases,0 cases,24 cases and 6 cases,and the total effective rate was 80%.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).?Comparison of total TCM syndrome scores:after treatment,the total TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),comparison between groups,the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.01).?Comparison of the scores of TCM syndromes:after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were all lower than before treatment,among which the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),the control group was in shock alert,cold shock heat or body cold fear heat,chest tightness P>0.05,the rest of the P<0.01.Comparison between groups,the treatment group of each symptom score are lower than the control group,in which insomnia P>0.05,the rest of the P<0.01.(5)Comparison of adverse reactions:there were 3 cases in the treatment group,including 1 case of nausea,1 case of mild diarrhea and 1 case of dry mouth.There were 14 cases in the control group,including 3 cases of nausea,3 cases of mild diarrhea,2 cases of dry mouth,2 cases of drowsiness,1 case of dizziness,1 case of headache and 2 cases of fatigue.The results showed that the adverse reactions of radix bupleuri plus keel oyster soup in the treatment of depression were less.Conclusion:Chaihuj ialonggumuli Decoction and sertraline have certain curative effect on depression,but the effect of Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction on improving TCM syndrome is obviously better than that of sertraline,and the adverse reaction is less,which shows the advantage of the treatment of depression with Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction.
