Clinical Study On Caihujialonggumuli Decoction For Intervention On Withdrawal And Depression Of Methamphetamine-dependent Persons

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction on the withdrawal and depression of methamphetamine-dependent persons,and to discuss its mechanism.Methods: 63 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(treated with Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction)and control group(give routine detoxification treatment)according to the ratio of 2:1.To observe the changes of neurotransmitter levels in the posterior brain of methamphetamine addicts and their emotional changes before and after treatment.Results: 1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 19.05%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.19%.2.After the treatment,control group GABA,Glu values drop,5-HT,DA measurements increases,the four differences compared with before treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05),and after treatment the Ach,NE measured values are increased,compared with before treatment had obvious difference(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the measured values of GABA and Glu in the treatment group decreased,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01)before treatment.After treatment,the measured values of Ach,5-HT,NE and DA were all increased,among which 5-HT was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05),while the values of Ach,NE and DA were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01).4.After treatment,the measured values of GABA and Glu in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the 5-HT test value was lower than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The measured values of Ach,NE and DA in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction can significantly improve the withdrawal depression of methamphetamine addicts,and the effect is significant.2.Speculate that the mechanism may be related to Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction can effectively make methamphetamine dependence withdrawal in the hindbrain neurotransmitter GABA,Glu,Ach,5-HT,NE,DA levels tend to be balanced,with neurotransmitters Ach,NE,DA levels improve more closely.3.Because the reward system is closely related to the neurotransmitter in the above brain,it is speculated that the Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction has a certain improvement effect on the brain reward system of methamphetamine addicts.
