Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Minimal Hepatic Encephalopathy By ChaihujiaLongguMuli Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Chaihujia Longgu Muli decoction in treatment of minimal hepatic encephalopathy,to sum up the key points for the treatment of minimal hepatic encephalopathy by Chaihujia Longgu Muli decoction,to provide new treatment ideas and clinical experience for the treatment of minimal hepatic encephalopathy.Methods:The clinical trial method that open,randomized,parallel control was adopted,the group of 60 patients who conformed to the diagnostic criteria of minimal hepatic encephalopathy,were randomly divided into30 cases in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group,60 patients were admitted to the Liver disease division of first affiliated hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine University of Guangxi accord with the diagnostic criteria of minimal hepatic encephalopathy from December 2016 to December 2017.Both groups was adopted the same western medicine basic comprehensive treatment measures,the control group was treated by lactulose,and the treatment group was treated with the Chaihujia Longgu Muli decoction,observed the two groups for four weeks,record the two groups,curative effect about patients NCT-A test results,DST test results,changes in TCM syndrome scores and changes in World Health Organization Quality Of Life-Bref before and after treatment.Using SPSS22.0 for Statistical analysis,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chaihujia Longgu Muli decoction and lactulose in treatment of minimal hepatic encephalopathy.Results :(1)Chaihujia Longgu Muli decoction was better than lactulose in reduce the time required for NCT-A test and improve the mental and psychological test results of MHE patients.(2)Chaihujia Longgu Muli decoction was better than lactulose on improve the DST test scores of MHE patients and improve the mental and psychological test results of MHE patients.(3)Chaihujia Longgu Muli decoction was much better than lactulose on improve TCM syndrome scores and the quality of life,reduce the Child-Pugh scores of MHE patients.(4)There was no significant difference on the curative effect in improve the scores on World Health Organization Quality Of Life-Bref between Chaihujia Longgu Muli decoction and lactulose.Conclusion:(1)Chaihujia Longgu Muli decoction has obvious Clinical curative effect for minimal hepatic encephalopathy patients,it can improve NCT-A results,DST scores,TCM syndrome scores,the quality of life and reduce the Child-Pugh scores of MHE patients.(2)Chaihujia Longgu Muli decoction was obvious better than lactulose on improve TCM syndrome score of MHE patients.(3)Chaihujia Longgu Muli decoction was relative safe and it could be promote in the clinical.
