Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction in intervention of ice-induced withdrawal combined with liver injury, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Seventy-two patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group of 48 patients and a control group of 24 patients according to a ratio of 2:1.The treatment group was given Bupleurum plus keel oyster soup, and the control group was given conventional detoxification plus compound glycyrrhizin tablets(Luopu Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.produced 2 tablets/time,3 times/d).The observation course was 8 weeks. To observe the effect of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction on the withdrawal of ice addiction and the improvement of liver function. The efficacy index of withdrawal: the ultra-slow fluctuation analyzer of central nervous system DA,5-HT,NE,Ach,GABA,Glu brain wave, the self-rating depression scale(SDS)Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)value.Liver function indicators: ALT(alanine aminotransferase)AST(aspartate aminotransferase)Tbil(total bilirubin)Liver function improvement is effective,TCM symptom scores. Results: 1.1.After treatment, the GABA and Glu values of the control group decreased, and the 5-HT and DA values increased. There was no significant difference between the four groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the Ach and NE values after treatment. Both were elevated, which were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the measured values of GABA and Glu in the treatment group decreased, and there was significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment, the values of Ach,5-HT,NE and DA increased, and the 5-HT value was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05),while the Ach,NE and DA measurements were compared with those before treatment.Significant difference(P <0.01).After treatment, the GABA and Glu values in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the 5-HT measurement was lower than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The Ach,NE,and DA measurements in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the SDS and HAMD scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group. The SDS score of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05),and the HAMD score was significantly different from the control group(P<0.01).Comparison of TCM symptom scores,95.85% of the symptomatic treatment group improved significantly, and better than the control group(P <0.01).Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),Tbil(total bilirubin),after 8 weeks of treatment, the two groups had significant improvement(P <0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction can significantly improve the withdrawal of depression in ice-dependent patients. It is speculated that the mechanism of action may be related to the effect of Bupleurum and keel oyster soup on the neurotransmitters GABA,Glu,Ach in the brain after withdrawal from ice-dependent patients.5-HT,NE,DA levels tend to balance.2.Chaihu plus keel oyster soup has significant liver-protecting effect on patients with ice-induced withdrawal and liver injury.
