Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Asthenia Based On Fuxie Theory

Objective:To observe the clinical effect that Changed Xiaoqinglong decoction have on deficient-asthma patients about their clinical symptoms and lung function in order to provide new ideas for further clinical practice with the guidance of Fu-Xie theory.Methods:We adopted the methods of randomized controlled trials and Single-blind trials to analyzed 82 cases of mild or moderate deficient-asthma type patients.82 patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Changed Xiaoqinglong decoction was used in treatment group while the the control group adopted Seretide as treatment.A course of treatment was One week.Clinical symptoms and relative indexes such as lung function were monitored and recorded in detail a week before and after the treatment.Take improving clinical symptoms,scores of symptom assessment and lung function(FEV1?FEV1%?PEF)as evaluation indexes to analyse the result of two groups that before and after treatment.The inspection level is P<0.05.Results:Six exfoliated cases are not fit into statistical analysis.Before treatment,compared gender,age,total scores of TCM symptoms and lung function,there is not a strong correlation between two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,compared patients in two group about their clinical symptoms and lung function with their original situation,there exists significant difference(P <0.05).It indicates that both the treatment group and the control group improve the clinical symptoms and the lung function.The comparison between two groups after treatment find no obvious correlation(P>0.05),which indicates that two kinds of treatment have comparable efficacy.Conclusion:Using Changed Xiaoqinglong decoction with the guidance of Fu-Xie theorycan effectively improves clinical symptoms and lung function(FEV1?FEV1%?PEF)for deficient-asthma patients and also have comparable efficacy with Seretide treatment plan.
