| Objectives The pathogenesis of endometriosis(EMs)is still unknown,Studies have shown that Angiogenesis is crucial in the occurrence,development and prognosis of EMs.In recent years TCM have made considerable progress in the experimental study on anti-angiogenesis.By observing the vision of Nei Yi-ting formula for EMs conservative treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,signs,CA125,serum-VEGF and VEGFR-2 in membrane.To explore the mechanism of Nei Yi-ting formula treatment of EMs.Observe the correlation of VEGF/VEGFR signal pathway and EMs and the effects of VEGF/VEGFR-2 of Nei Yi-ting formula.To provide experimental basis for clinical research for the treatment of EMs with TCM.Methods Forty patients of EMs underwent conservative treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into treatment group(24 cases,oral Nei Yi-ting formula)and control group(16 cases,oral Gui-zhi-fu-lin capsule).Both started after the medication,menstruation stop taking,even served three menstrual cycles for a period of treatment.To score of patients symptoms and signs of TCM before and after treatment,Observing the changes in CA125,serum-VEGF and eutopic endometrium of VEGFR-2.Results After treatment,Compare the clinical comprehensive curative effect of two groups.The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 91.67%and 56.25%respectively,two groups had significant difference(P<0.05);The treatment group improved significantly than control group in the aspect of TCM symptoms and signs integral.After treatment,the CA125 in treatment group was decreased,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no significant change in CA125 in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment comparion of two groups,the treatment group was better than that of control group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Treatment group and control group before treatment of VEGF was(47.81 ± 15.59),(48.94± 15.87)and after treatment of VEGF was(14.64±4.25),(37,25±9.30),compared two group of serum-VEGF after treatment,P<0.05,there was statistically significant difference.The positive expression rate of VEGFR-2 in endometrial:100%before treatment group therapy,83.33%after treatment,the control group before and after treatment were 100%.Comparion in the group before and after treatment there were no difference(P>0.01).Both of the two groups after treatment were meaningless in statistical,P>0.01;But the treatment group in ectopic positive expression rate is reduced,that Chinese medicine has a certain therapeutic effect for VEGFR-2 turns shade rate,may be due to the sample size is too little,there is no statistical difference.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Nei Yi-ting formula on EMs is exact,Nei Yi-ting formula can obviously alleviate the patients' clinical symptoms,signs,reduce the level of serumCA125,and by lowering the content of serum VEGF and VEGFR in ectopic positive expression rate of inhibiting angiogenesis,thus effectively control or delay the progress of the disease. |
