The Clinical Observation Of Nei Yi-ting Decoction Combined With GnRH-a On The Prevention Of Moderate And Severe Endometriosis Postoperative Recurrence

Purpose:To evaluate the effectiveness of Nei Yi-ting formula combined with GnRH-a in the prevention of postoperative recurrence of moderate and severe endometriosis,and to provide basis and ideas for clinical promotion.Medhod:From September 2017 to August 2019,the patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Gynecology of Jiangsu Hospital and underwent laparoscopic conservative surgery by the same medical team were collected,and the surgical pathology was consistent with endometriosis.The patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group(Nei Yi-ting formula+GnRH-a group)and control group(GnRH-a group).All groups were treated for 3 months.The improvement of clinical symptoms and the changes of serum indexes were observed before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate within 18 months after operation was followed up.Results:In the experimental group,29 cases were enrolled and 2 cases fell off;in the control group,30 cases were enrolled and 3 cases fell off.1.Recurrence:The postoperative follow-up showed that there was no recurrence in both groups at 6 months;at 12 months after operation,there was 1 recurrence in the experimental group and 3 recurrence in the control group;at 18 months after operation,there was 1 recurrence in the experimental group and 6 recurrence in the control group,the cumulative recurrence rate was 3.7%in the experimental group and 22.22%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It can be seen that Nei Yi-ting formula combined with GnRH-a treatment can better reduce the long-term recurrence of endometriosis than GnRH-a single drug treatment.2.Improvement of clinical symptoms:After treatment,TCM syndrome score and VAS score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.3.Laboratory indexes:After treatment,serum CA125 was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,complement C3 and C4 were significantly improved(P<0.05),The improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nei Yi-ting decoction combined with GnRH-a has a definite clinical effect on preventing recurrence of moderate and severe endometriosis after operation,Compared with GnRH-a monotherapy,it has greater advantages in improving TCM syndrome symptoms,dysmenorrhea,serum CA125,IL-6,complement C3,C4,and in terms of long-term recurrence,the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can better reduce the recurrence rate of endometriosis than the former monotherapy.
