| Objectives:This study is to observe the clinical effect of Nei Yi-ting formula on patients with Endometriosis(EMS),to investigate the correlation between EMS and HE4,to clarify the mechanism of Nei Yi-ting formula on treating EMS so as to provide sufficient theoretical basis for treating treatment of endometriosis with TCM and clinical application of Nei Yi-ting.Methods:Choose 40 patients with EMS who sought for doctors in Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to November 2017.All of the patients were diagnosed of EMS aged from 20 to 45 who were not postmenopausal.The study was carried out by means of contrast and comparison between the groups.Nei Yi-ting formula is the treatment group,San-jie-zhen-tong capsule is the control group.All the patients need to take medicine during non-menstrual cycle for three months and stop taking during menstruation as a period of treatment.Results:1.Compare the degree of dysmenorrhea(dysmenorrhea score),TCM symptoms and signs score of the two groups after treatment with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compare the degree of dysmenorrhea(dysmenorrhea score),TCM symptoms and signs score of treatment group with the control group after treatment,,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),which means both groups were effective in the treatment of endometriosis and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The differences were statistically significant after treatment with total effective rate of 85%by the treatment group and 70%by the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the treatment group were better which means that it is better to take traditional Chinese medicine.3.The difference was statistically significant of the serum-CA125 and HE4 before and after treatment on the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant on the serum-CA125 and HE4(P<0.05)after treatment within the two groups.The changes of serum index before and after treatment indicated that the serum test had a certain correlation with endometriosis,and the reason why there was no difference in the comparison between the samples after treatment may be related to sample size and observation time.Conclusions:1.Nei Yi-ting formula could obviously alleviate the patient's degree of dysmenorrhea,improve symptoms and signs of TCM,which was better than that of San-jie-zhen-tong capsule.Combined with total efficiency,the treatment group was better than the control group.2.There was a significant effect in reducing the serum-CA125 and HE4 levels with Nei Yi-ting formula,and there was no statistical difference when compare it with San-jie-zhen-tong capsule.This indicated that the degree of dysmenorrhea of endometriosis was related to serum CA125 and HE4.3.Nei Yi-ting formula was effective in the treatment of EMS.After treatment,both CA125 and HE4 were significantly decreased which can provide a basis for the new idea of clinical application of Nei Yi-ting formula. |
