| Purpose:Taking the method that combination of Chinese and Western medicine to therapy with undamaged type tubal pregnancy,and investigating the clinical effect.By observing the eligible clinical cases,and comparing the effect between Yi Wei-ting formula combined with Methotrexate and only with MTX on patients.To clarify the better curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with MTX on undamaged type tubal pregnancy,to provide objective clinical study basis for conservative medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:1.Selected 60 cases with undamaged type tubal pregnancy who have ever been to Jiangsu Province Chinese Medicine Hospital department of Gynecology duing the period from March 2015 to October 2016,TCM syndrome type is belong to Qi stagnation and Blood stasis.In accordance with the principles of randomized and single blind,patients who voluntarily accepted conservative medicine treatment were divided into observation group and control group,there are 30 cases in each group.By contrasted observation group and control group of diameters of ages,duration of menolipsis,serum ?-HCG values,accessory lump and the total scores of TCM syndrome before medication,the statistical analysis showed that the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.According to lmg/kg or 50mg/m2(conventional dosage is 50-75mg),the patients in observation group were single dose intramuscular injection of MTX.At the same time,to give oral administration of Chinese medicine,one dose per day,one week for a course,in total one to two courses,followed up for three months.The patients in control group were simple intramuscular injection of MTX,the same method as the observation group.Contrasted the clinical efficacy of two groups,TCM syndrome curative effect,the time required of serum?-HCG values being back to normal,the situation of mass absorption and dissipation and the incidence of adverse reactions.3.Statistical analysis All statistical data used SPSS 21.0 software to process and analysis.Measurement data expressed as x±s,adopting t test,count data adopting X2 test,hierarchical data adopting rank and inspection test.If P<0.05,the difference has statistical significance.Results:1.In the aspect of clinical curative effect:in the observation group,29 cases effective and 1 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 96.7%;in the control group,24 cases effective and 6 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 80.0%.Compared the clinical efficacy of two groups,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).2.In terms of TCM syndrome curative effect:in the observation group,1 cases were cured,1 cases markedly,20 cases effective and 8 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 73.3%;in the control group,0 cases were cured,0 cases markedly,15 cases effective and 15 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 50.0%.Compared the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the two groups had a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was 5.80±2.46 and the control group was 7.17±1.91,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).3.The statistical test showed,on the seventh day of treatment,the observation group had more cases that serum P-HCG decreased over 15%than the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).On the fourteenth day of treatment,the observation group had more cases that serum P-HCG decreased over 1/3 than the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).In the two groups,the time required of serum ?-HCG values being back to normal,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).But the time required of mass dissipation had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Adverse reactions:the incidence was lower and lesser in the observation group.After the treatment,the symptoms disappear.Conclusion:Yi Wei-ting formula combined with MTX in treating undamaged tubal pregnancy is synergistic,which made serum ?-HCG values decrease rapidly,improved the effect of killing embryos,assisted the mass absorption,shortened the course and improved the success rate of conservative medicine treatment.In addition,the observation group had lesser cases that were intramuscular injection of MTX once more compared with the control group,thus reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.According to the syndrome,adjusting the formula could relieve the adverse reactions caused by MTX.In conclusion,it is a worthy treatment measure to undamaged tubal pregnancy. |
