Impact Of Nei Yi-Ting Formula Combined With Laparoscopic Surgery In Ovarian Endometriosis CD68 And Clinical Curative Effect

Objectives:By observing the impact of application of Nei Yi-ting formula in ovarian e-ndometriosis CD68, and comparing clinical curative effect of the application of Nei Yi-ting formula and GnRH-a after Laparoscopic surgery,to explore the mechanism of action of CD68 in this disease and clinical value of Nei Yi-ting formula,bring new developme-nt direction for the Chinese medicine treatment of this disease, eliminate physical and mental distress for paients. Provide theoretical basis and the standard of diagnosis and treatment methods for combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of EMs, and improve the level of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of EMs.Methods:Choose 42 patients, during the period of June 2014-September 2015 in our hospital, who was diagnosed with OEM in the clinic and was going to do laparoscopic surgery. They can be divided into Chinese traditional medicine group and control group by random method. Chinese traditional medicine group 21 patients take Nei Yi-ting for-mula prior to surgery for 3 months and afte surgery for 3 months (Taking method is daily 1 agent traditional Chinese medicine, water frying in the morning and night, preop-erative and postoperative all taking three months, stopping drug menstruating). The co-ntrol group 21 patients take GnRH-a after operation. Get the ectopic endometrium tissue during the operation and compare patients’level of endometriosis CD68 in two groups. Half a year after surgery, compare the clinical effects,the serum CA125 level and TCM syndrome score, dysmenorrhea integral before and after treatment, disease recurrence rate, incidence of side effects in the two groups.Results:Chinese traditional medicine group with ectopic endometrium CD68 expression is significantly lower than the control group patients. Difference between them is statisti-cally significant (P<0.05).Chinese traditional medicine group total effective rate is 85%, the control group total effective rate is 70%. Difference between them is statistically si-gnificant (P<0.05). TCM syndrome score of Chinese traditional medicine group after tre atment is significantly lower than that before treatment. Difference between them is stati stically significant (P<0.05). There is no significant difference in TCM syndrome score of control group before and after treatment (P>0.05). Difference in TCM syndrome sco -re between the two groups after treatment is statistically significant (P<0.05).The serum CA125 level and dysmenorrhea integral in two groups after treatment are significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05). There is no significant difference in the serum CA-125 level and dysmenorrhea integral between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05). Chinese traditional medicine group’s recurrence rate and incidence of side effects both are significantly lower than the control group’s, difference between them is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The mechanism of Nei Yi-ting formula in the treatment of EMs is closely related with that it can significantly reduce the ectopic endometrium of CD68 expressio-n. Nei Yi-ting formula combined with Laparoscopic surgery can reduce the serum CA12-5 level, improve clinical efficacy effectively, alleviate dysmenorrheal in patients, and re-duce the disease recurrence rateand incidence of side effects, so Nei Yi-ting formula c-ombined with Laparoscopic surgery is effective method for the treatment of EMs.
