Effect Of Nei Yi-ting Formula On Expression Of PD-L1 In Endometriosis Patient

Objective:1. To observe the expression of PD-L1 in eutopic and ectopic endometriosis in patients and contrast the differences between them,thereby exploring their roles and clinical significance in occurrence and development of endometriosis.2.To study the effect of Nei Yi-ting formula on expression of PD-L1 in ectopic endometria on OEM patients, study the therapeutic mechanism of Nei Yi-ting formula and seek the breakthrough of endometriosis treatment.Method:1. Select the method of case-control to study the expression of PD-L1 in eutopic and ectopic endometriosis, fibroids Etc. Total of 58 patients were selected from Chinese medicine hospital of jiangsu province who had undertaken surgical treatment. The duration time was from march 2014 to June 2015. There are 18 cases in endometriosis group, selecting eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissue.20 cases in OEM group, selecting ectopic endometrial tissue.18 cases in Uterine fibroids group, selecting eutopic endometria, fibroids and Normal tissue.The immunohistochemistry SP method was employed to measure the expression of PD-L1.2.Total of 40 patients with OEM, who had undertaken surgical treatment was selected.The treatment group of 20 cases take Nei Yi-ting formula 2 month. The control group of 20 cases were who did not take medicine. Observe the expression of PD-L1 in ectopic endometriosis of the groups and contrast the differences between them by statistical analysis.Result:1.(l)PD-L1 widely expressed on endometriosis.The proportion of expression of PD-L1 is higher in endometriosis group than in uterine fibroids group. (2)PD-L1 also expressed on Lesions but existed differences. OEM patients had the highest positive rate, adenomyosis took the second place, uterine fibroids was lowest. (3)A linear correlation was observed between eutopic and ectopic endometriosis of adenomyosis patients while uterine fibroids pations were not. (4)PD-L1 Seldom expressed on normal tissue.2.The total Positive rates of the treatment group is 80%.Among them, the rate of strong positive is 20%(4/20), positive is 15%(3/20), Weakly positive is 45%(9/20), negative is 20% (4/20).The total Positive rates of the control group is 100%.Among them, the rate of strong positive is 60%(12/20), positive is 35%(7/20), Weakly positive is 5%(1/20).Comparative difference of the two groups is statistically significant.Conclusion:1.PD-L1 widely expressed on eutopic and ectopic endometriosisn and a linear correlation was observed between eutopic and ectopic endometriosis. We think the onset of endometriosis is related to the expression of PD-L1.2.Nei Yi-ting formula lead to a lower expression of PD-L1 on ectopic endometriosis.PD-L1 play an important role in the onset and development of endometriosis.
