Objective:Through the detection Interleukin-6 and Interleukin-8 what get from endometriosis patients, to know the correlation between the development of endometriosis and the Immune inflammatory mechanisms of the pelvic environment.To illuminate the mechanisms of Nei Yi Ting decoction,according to The changes of IL-6, IL-8different serous content pretherapy and post-treatment.Methods:Selection 1.The twenty-five endometriosis patients,who are confirmed by the postoperative pathology, are in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during April 2015 to May 2015. Three patients cases for not collecting intraoperative peritoneal fluid and 1 case for not collecting preoperative blood are expulsion cases.Fulfill twenty-one cases,in fact.The cases employed self controlled study to compare the Interleukin-6 and Interleukin-8 content of preoperative serum and intraoperative peritoneal fluid. Selection 2.Collect the endometriosis outpatients taking Nei Yi Ting decoction of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicineduring during April 2015 to May 2015,who are detected Interleukin-6 and Interleukin-8 levels of serology by enzyme-linked adsorption.Results:(1) The Interleukin-6 content of peritoneal fluid is significantly higher than the level of serum(P<0.01).The Interleukin-6 and Interleukin-8 content of peritoneal fluid have no difference(P>0.05).(2)The Interleukin-8 content of serum is significantly higher than the level of peritoneal fluid (P<0.01)and The Interleukin-6 content of serum(P<0.01).(3)the Interleukin-6 and Interleukin-8 content of serum decrease significantly after treatment (P<0.01).(4)the CA125 content of serum decrease significantly after treatment (P< 0.01)Conclusion:Interleukin-6 and Interleukin-8 content of peritoneal fluid both are at high levels,so we can get a conclusion that the development of endometriosis may be closely related to immune inflammatory of the pelvic cavity environment.InterLeukin-8 has serology significance as immune inflammatory reaction index of endometriosis patients.Nei Yi Ting decoction can significantly reduce the Interleukin-6 and Interleukin-8 levels in the serum.So uncover the mechanism of Nei Yi Ting decoction.that may be related to the pharmacological process of immune and anti-inflammatory.
