Nei Yi-ting Formula In Observation Of Ovarian Endometriosis Disease Recurrence After Conservative Surgery And The Impact Of VEGF

Objectives EMS is a common disease during reproductive women, although it is a benign disease, it has a feature of extensive planting、high recurrence rate.OEM often has a high recurrence rates after conservative surgery, drug therapy may prevent recurrence, this study mainly focus on Nei Yi-ting formula by observing the OEM patients after conservative surgery the changes in clinical symptoms and signs, VEGF, CA125, B Mode ultrasound, discussing the mechanism of Nei Yi-ting formula used as a preventing treatment after conservative surgery. Observation the relationship of VEGF in ovarian endometriosis recurrence, to provide an effective treatment in preventing recurrence, to descrease recurrent rates, to get a more economical treatment method.Methods Forty-three patients of EMS laparoscopic or open conservative surgery with the pathological diagnosis is ovarian endometriotic cysts were divided into treatment and control groups according to drug use. The treatment groups of20cases with Nei Yi-ting formula treatment, the control group of23cases just to observe. Of the patients including clinical symptoms and signs, VEGF, CA125, B Mode ultrasound changes, to observe the results of both groups, relapse or pregnancy outcomes.Results After year of follow-up,7of43patients underwent recurrence with a recurrence rate of16.27%overall,2cases of patients underwent recurrence with a recurrence rate of10%in treatment groups comparing with the recurrence rate of21.73%during the control groups. Upon examination, P>0.05, the variation was not statistically significant. Treatment group, three cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate of15%, pregnancy in patients in the control group. Chinese medicine in the treatment group after treatment symptom scores, signs integral with the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. VEGF in the treatment group before and after treatment (86.47±83.78)(33.49±19.76), the control group before and after VEGF (48.82±21.52)(52.86±16.70), postoperative6months, VEGF, P<0.05, the difference statistically significant.CA125(96.17±93.00) before treatment (24.04±7.52), the control group before and after treatment CA125(75.56±55.22)(34.55±10.96),6months postoperative serum CA125(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Clinical analysis of relapse, recurrence and side of cyst types, surgical approach, preoperative CA125levels, r-the AFS score (P>0.05).Conclusion OEM recurrence rates after conservative surgery and postoperative treatment are closely related, but the relationship between recurrence rates and side of cyst types, surgical approach, preoperative CA125levels, r-the AFS score is no significant correlation; Serous VEGF of patients with a high degree of expression, and is closely related to the severity; Nei Yi-ting formula used in the OEM conservative postoperative treatment, can significantly ease patients’clinical symptoms, signs, to low blood VEGF, CA125levels, to improve the pregnancy rate, and delay the recurrence of postoperative time, but did not obviously reduce the relapse rate.
