With the continuous expansion of China's construction industry,the environment of modern construction is becoming more and more complex.The problem of construction resource management under multi-project environment has become a subject that construction companies must study,which becoming a core issue that constrains the success of the enterprise and the implementation of the project.In a resource-constrained multi-project environment,management problems are coming one after another.If enterprises lack effective project priority evaluation system and resource allocation is unreasonable,it will lead to resource competition among projects,which cause conflicts in project resource allocation.As a result,project delays and cost overruns,corporate strategic goals are difficult to achieve.Therefore,how to carry out effective multi-project management and rational allocation of resources is becoming a new direction and focus of project management research and practice.This paper starts with the concept,studies the contents of multi project management and multi project resource management,analyzes their characteristics and the conflict subject,scope and manifestation in multi project management,and infers that the important conflict in multi project management comes from unreasonable resource allocation.In order to solve the problem of multi-project resource allocation conflicts,this paper studies the solution of project priority ranking,on the premise of not affecting the total construction period of each project,including the Mandatory Positioning method,Rank Sum Ratio method,TOPSIS method and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy process.Afterwards,this paper elaborates the application of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy process in multi-item prioritization in detail.In addition,in the actual operation of the construction company,there will inevitably occur multiple projects with the same priority level.This paper studies the precise algorithm,heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm,and elaborates the application of genetic algorithm in resource optimization,in order to optimize the resource allocation under the condition of multi-project environment.Since resource usage fluctuates greatly during the execution of multiple projects,This paper analyses and applies genetic algorithm to achieve the effect of reducing resource usage fluctuations and improving resource utilization.This paper takes SZ construction enterprise multi-project resource management as a case,and uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy process to prioritize under the condition of limited enterprise resources.The most important project has the highest score and can obtain high-quality resources preferentially.For the two projects with the same priority,This paper uses the Genetic Algorithm to calculate the optimal resource allocation and the project cost is the smallest.To a certain extent,the applicability of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and Genetic Algorithms(GA)to enterprise multi-project priority ranking and resource optimal allocation is verified.The multi-project resource management in this paper is verified by examples,which has strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy process and Genetic Algorithm to provide the basis for the allocation of enterprise resources in the multi-project synchronous operation,helping enterprises to achieve strategic goals.
