Based On The Theory Of Real Estate Project Management Core Resource Allocation Research

This part mainly including on the research background and significance, introduces the related research and presents the research train of thought;The second part (the second, three, four and five chapters) is the theoretical part. This part treats the multi project resource management as the research object, then analysis the influence factors of enterprise multi project resource management and optimization. The paper uses the Vague set multi objective assessment method to build the project priority evaluation model and uses the critical chain method to establish the resource dynamic allocation model, to build a multi project resource management theory system;The third part (the sixth chapter) is the practice of application part. The selection of real estate development enterprise for example, application of the multi project resource management system which second part has established, analyzes the project selection and resource configuration then proves the feasibility of the model.No established perfect theory of multi-project resource management system at home and abroad, and there are a number of shortcomings in various existing methods. This study is one of the related fields expand. The purpose is to provide the multi project enterprise a new solution for how to select an item and the efficient allocation of resources.
