Research On The Multi-project Management Plan For Municipal Infrastruction Enterprise

According to ?water drainage development and construction plan in Beijing city during the “Twelfth Five Year Plan”?, the Beijing drainage group cooperation made a development plan of municipal infrastructure enterprise for three years. It's an opportunity for it's subsidiary corporation to make a plan of the multi-project management. In this plan, the subsidiary corporation can contract different projects in order to get higher profitability of that undertaken projects than only one project. So the real municipal infrastructure enterprise do greatly stronger through the multi-project management. Therefore, the plan is vital to the long-term development of an enterprise.Based on the previous studies in the fields of multi-project management, the multi-project management plan for municipal infrastructure enterprise is researched.Firstly, the paper aims at some problems in the multi-project management, responded heavy solution organizational structure aspects and so on problem, conflict problem with responsibility, rights and profits of the project, resources conflict problem has conducted the thorough research. Secondly, according to the enterprise strategy and the features of municipal infrastructure project management, the paper proposes a plan of the multi-project management, establishs organization form in the enterprise different level, and achieves the resources the optimized disposition. Thirdly, the paper use an example to illustrate the plan of the multi-project management, makes a development plan of infrastructure enterprises dynamic multi-project resource allocation, and finds out the important work by the critical chain method in order to control the progress of multi-project with dynamic multi-project environments.Finally, the application effect of the multi-project management plan for municipal infrastructure enterprise is analyzed in three aspects of capital resources, human resources and mechanical equipment. We draw a conclusion that the enterprise can get higher profit of multi-project with limited resources.Implements the multi-project management to municipal infrastructure enterprise to conduct the research, theoretically may enrich the multi-project management logic,in the practice, studies through this paper. The paper also provides a multi-project management plan for the enterprise strategy of drainage system construction and maintain project. Then the paper can promotes whole multi-project management ofmunicipal infrastructure level and impels the real municipal infrastructure health to develop continually.
