In recent years, the enterprises need to develop multiple projects at the same time to make more profit. The advantages and disadvantages among multiple projects need to be balanced to achieve the maximum utilization of resources by using better resource management. However,in the actual operation of enterprises, the allocation of resources is not reasonable, resulting in project schedule delays, cost overruns and substandard quality, which directly affect the customer satisfaction and reputation of the enterprises. This article mainly study resource demand conflict, the shortage and concentrated of resources in the short time between projects. After researched intern and abroad excellent articles, the solution this article came up with can enable the YF company to plan, organize and coordinate resources in the multi-project management with higher efficiency.Firstly,it introduces the concept and content of multi-project resource management, meanwhile, resource conflicts could be issued during the process of multi-project.Secondly,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is involved as the solution of project prioritization ranking, ensure the higher priority project resource is available among other projects.Thirdly,in order to smoothing the resources without shortage and concentrated in short time, the mathematical model is set up with methods to explore the optimal solution of the allocation of resources.Based on the project data model of YF company with solution method and example demonstration,we also verified the validity of the method with data collected by YF,hopefully,it could provide certain help and reference for other organizations and enterprises in the implementation of project management.
