With the rapid promotion of China’s socialist market economy,a large number of enterprises in order to adapt to the economic development,not only expand in scale,but also the business types of enterprises become more and more diversified.For many enterprises,single project management can no longer meet the needs of enterprises,and multi project management has gradually become a trend.If the human resources in multi project management can be reasonably allocated,it will bring better benefits to the enterprise to a great extent.This paper mainly analyzes the core topic of human resource allocation in multi project management,selects Z enterprise which belongs to the construction industry as the research object,analyzes the existing problems of human resource allocation in the multi project environment of Z enterprise,and then gives the proposed solutions and the proposed allocation process.In the process of solving the problem,this paper introduces the project management office to ensure the professionalism of multi project management,combined with the Balanced Scorecard related content to help enterprises determine the priority of multi project evaluation system,and carries on the classification and hierarchical management of personnel,so that the personnel can get a more optimized configuration in the project.Through the research,we can draw the following conclusions1.There are some problems in the human resource allocation of Z Enterprise in the multi project environment,such as the lack of multi project management personnel allocation concept,the lack of multi project priority evaluation system,the lack of sound performance appraisal methods and the lack of good classification and hierarchical management of personnel.2.The personnel allocation in multi project management is a dynamic adjustment process,and the final allocation scheme should be determined by considering the personnel needs of each project.3.In view of the problems existing in the staffing of Z enterprise when multiple projects are carried out at the same time,we can give the following suggestions:on the basis of defining the company’s strategic development goals,we can rank the priorities of multiple projects,and then carry out the classification and hierarchical management of human resources according to the project’s personnel needs,Combined with project priority and personnel classification,personnel allocation in multi project environment can be preliminarily realized.Combined with the actual situation of the detailed analysis and adjustment of staffing,the implementation of the final configuration scheme,and ensure that attention is paid to staffing safeguards.The reasonable allocation of human resources in the multi project environment plays a good role in promoting enterprise income and motivating employees.The research of this paper has a strong operability to solve the problem of human resources allocation in the multi project environment of Z enterprise,and also has a certain reference value for other enterprises in the construction industry to solve such problems.
