With the continuous development of economy, the scale of the enterprise is beinglarger and larger, the direction of development is also becoming more and morepluralistic, at the same time the needs of customers tend to be personalized anddiversified, the development of the enterprise is no longer based on a single project,but on multiple projects simultaneously. As a result, today’s businesses areincreasingly facing the multi-project management. However, there are many conflictsin the progress of multi-project management. How to deal with these conflicts,especially the priority of the project, as well as the problem of the progresscoordination of multi-project, optimal allocation of resources, is the focus of thisstudy.This paper mainly uses the literature review method, fuzzy analytic hierarchyprocess, critical chain method, genetic algorithm, system analysis method and otherresearch methods, deeply discusses the following aspects:Analyze the issue of project priority in multi-project management. First explainsthe concept of project priority, its influence and role on the progress coordination ofmulti-project and resource allocation, and then analyze and solve the schedulingproblem of project priority through expert scoring method and other traditionalmethods to pave the way for further study.Study the progress conflict problems in multi-project management. The criticalchain method is adopted to coordinate multi-project progress control, through theanalysis of the basic theory of the critical chain method, combines the critical chainmethod with multi-project progress coordination control, then states the applicabilityof the method and matters needing attention. Furthermore, through the establishmentof appropriate mathematical model and solving rules, the critical chain method isapplied to the multi-project progress management, and carries on the exampleanalysis.Study the optimization problem of resource conflicts in multi-projectmanagement. First analyzes the goals and methods of multi-project resourceallocation optimization, and then describes the mathematical mode for multi-projectresource optimization l, such as mathematical programming method, heuristicalgorithm and genetic algorithm, moreover, analyze the main characteristics andapplicability of the three different methods.Research the progress-resource coordination control problem in the multi-projectConflict Theory. Based on the conclusions of the study above, combines the progressand resource conflicts, from the three angles, progress-resource optimization oftime-constrained project, progress-resource optimization of resource-constrainedproject, resource allocation of resource-constrained project, to do analysis research, and puts forward specific methods and steps to coordination and optimization.Combined with the actual situation of Chongqing light rail line no.3is analyzed,from the perspective of practice to verify the applicability and reliability of the theory.The critical chain method is used to coordinate and control the project progressconflicts. Through coordinated control of progress-resource conflicts combination,gives the solution program about the conflicts, and analyze the reliability of theprogram.
