Nuclear energy is a clean,safe and efficient energy source.The development of nuclear power generation can solve the existing energy problems in China to a large extent.At the same time,in order to boost the national economy and increase GDP,China's demand for clean energy is increasing.At present,there are 38 nuclear power generating units in operation in China,and 18 units under construction,with the total scale ranking third in the world.With the continuous increase in the number of nuclear power enterprises,only by continuously improving the quality of outage management of nuclear power enterprises can ensure the safe and smooth operation of nuclear power projects,extend the life of the units,maximize the profits of the enterprises,and avoid affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit due to the quality problems of the equipment.Quality management is one of the important contents of nuclear power refueling outage project management.Outage quality not only directly affects nuclear safety,but also causes unplanned shutdowns of the unit during the next operating cycle due to quality problems in the repaired equipment.Increasing repetitive maintenance costs and reducing the company's annual power generation will directly cost the company a huge economic loss.Therefore,the quality of maintenance during the refueling outage of nuclear power plants is of paramount importance.High-quality maintenance can ensure the safe,reliable and stable operation of nuclear power equipment during a fuel life,it effectively avoids the problem of unplanned shutdown and nuclear safety caused by the quality problem of equipment.Based on the above background,research purpose and significance,the paper takes the maintenance work of H nuclear power plant refueling outage electrical professional as an example,combined with the basic principle of nuclear power generation,the specific process of nuclear power refueling outage,the importance of nuclear safety,and the characteristics of nuclear power maintenance.First,combing and summarizing the development process and theory of project management and quality management of nuclear power enterprises;secondly,according to the methods of quality management,project management,Dai Ming-circle,and causal fish bone map,combined with the specific process of refueling outage,From the five aspects of "people,machine,material,law and ring",are elaborated on the lack of human resource preparation in quality management during the refueling outage of nuclear power plant,the aging and quantity of equipment and equipment,the report of spare parts and the imperfect purchase/delivery rate.Many problems such as low/variety,high quality deviation of document preparation,bad weather impact on maintenance period and quality,etc.,clarify the current status and shortcomings of quality management,and deeply analyze the root causes of the current quality management shortage.The shortcomings of the five quality management aspects of people,machines,materials,law and ring,combined with roots cause analysis to develop a detailed and enforceable nuclear power plant refueling outage improvements in different stages of quality management,implementation details,safeguards.In this paper,the quality problems in the process of refueling outage in nuclear power plant are analyzed,and a set of perfect quality management system for refueling outage is put forward.
