This thesis is mainly about the Advanced Strategic Study of Nuclear Fuel Management for 4×650MW Nuclear Power Units of Qinshan Nuclear power plant Phase II. Facing with the current situation that the rising price on uranium resource domestically and internationally as well as the demands for the future management for the unit groups, Qinshan Nuclear power plant Phase II need to adjust itself to optimizing uranium enrichment and the number of new fuel assemblies as well as the refueling outage cycle, need to change the current out-in refueling model into the comparatively advanced in-out model so as to work out the optimum fuel management strategy that is suitable to the development for Qinshan Nuclear power plant phase II.The necessities and economies as well as feasibilities are demonstrated in a systematic and accurate way, penetrating to the possible problems may rise and potential risks as well as the transition plans during the performance of the advanced fuel management strategy. What's more, the advantages and disadvantages of the four feasibilities plans for the fuel management strategy improvement are also provided with furtherance analysis. The author ends the discourse with the recommendable strategies, namely, the optimum fuel management and feasibilities project management as well as the plans for site performance.
