Study On Quality Management Of Refueling Outage In DNMC Nuclear Power Station

Facing the increasingly strong demand for clean energy, according to thegovernment work report of NPC and CPPCC, nuclear power will usher in rapiddevelopment momentum of the new wave of investment in electricity market. in theface of more and more nuclear power plants, to achieve safe and stable economicoperation of the operational objectives as soon as possible, to avoid or reduce theoverhaul of unit equipment during daily operation,and extend power generation timeof daily unit, increase the profitability of enterprises, need high quality of refuelingoutage management to support.Based on the study of domestic and foreign related quality management theory,nuclear power theories related to quality management are summarized, the Daya Baynuclear power base refueling outage quality management as the practical examples,explain how quality management theory will be applied in nuclear power enterprisefor refueling outage quality management field. Through the description of the currentstatus of quality management of DNMC refueling outage, comparison on Daya Baynuclear power base unit and WANO, nuclear rivals such as operation index relatedoutage quality, indicating the current nuclear power plant outage quality managementproblems and deficiencies, and defect related to outage quality are analyzed specificreason. In view of the problem of outage, with many outage quality managementpractices that author engaged in, to explore how to establish and implement qualitymanagement system of nuclear power plant refueling outage.Taking DNMC as anexample, according to the refueling outage process control, the refueling outagequality control is divided into three stages, namely the preparation period of refuelingoutage, implementation period of refueling outage, refueling outage for summary andfeedback period, clarify the key working tasks of each stage of quality control. Finally,according to the new situation and the actual operation of refueling outage in nuclearpower plants, to optimize the relevant observations, some has been implemented andverified, have achieved some good results.On how to solve the quality problems of nuclear power plant refueling outage,explore successful routine of refueling outage quality management of nuclear powerplant, the establishment of a suitable refueling outage quality management system, quality control methods and improvement suggestions have certain feasibility andsignificance to the peer station described in this paper, it can provide new ideas andmethods for nuclear power enterprises to further improve the refueling outage qualityand performance improvement.
