Study On Quality Management For RNS Heat Exchanger Installation Of AP Series Nuclear Power Plant

Nuclear energy has become one of the most important energy in the society.Actively promoting the construction of nuclear power plant is an important policy of our country's energy to meet the growing energy demand,economic and socia l development.AP series nuclear power plant in China is the first plant in the world.The construction characteristics and quality management system are different from other nuclear power plants.It has higher safety level and more advanced passive techno logies.This paper is based on the knowledge of quality management,takes the quality management of RNS heat exchanger as an example,and describes the related principle and the process in practical engineering.And then provides a best practice of RNS heat exchanger installation and a method to solve the quality problems.Firstly,this paper starts from quality planning describe the installation quality objectives of RNS heat exchanger,and breakdown the whole process of RNS heat exchanger installation,describe each step of the key processes and quality control points,and then establish the quality management plan,and describe quality management plan's methods and precautions.Describes the establishment and implementation of quality assurance system of RNS heat exchanger installation,especially introduces the authorized personnel management of AP series nuclear power plant.Sencondly,this paper focus on the content of the quality control activities of the RNS heat exchanger in the whole installation processes.Use the prerequisite management,quality management plan,quality risk management and causality diagram to improve the quality management ability,avoid problems happen again.Lessons learnt and quality documents management are the other parts in quality management.In addition,the implementation of quality surveillance is an important way to judge the whole process of installation of RNS heat exchanger meets the quality assurance requirements.Finally,this paper emphasises quality management from the quality planning,quality assurance,quality control and quality improvement of the whole process.Use the prerequisite management,quality management plan,quality risk manage ment and causality diagram to improve the quality management ability.Provide a method of the quality management procedure for the installation of RNS heat exchanger or the similar equipment to avoid the same problems happens again.
