At present,China has become a great construction nation of nuclear power plants.However,there are gaps of nuclear power industry between China and developed countries in many aspects,such as operation,maintenance,technical support.In order to reduce the cost of production and management of nuclear power plant maintenance project,and also to optimize the allocation of resources,multi-reactors management mode of nuclear power plant overhaul has emerged as company innovation management method.By developing a Shared database platform and establishing unified safety operation standard,a safety and quality management mode of multi-reactors is presented,which is suit for the development of Chinese nuclear power.In this thesis,the control strategy of safety risk is put forward on the basis of hazard identification of nuclear power plant overhaul process.In addition,the standardization in the supervision of safety and quality is investigated under the multi-reactor management mode of nuclear power plant overhaul,which contains the supervision standards of organizations,relevant files and databases as well as evaluation systems.Combined with the engineering practice,the corresponding safety quality supervision software is developed,in which eachsupervision project could be scored.Furthermore,the overall supervised unit could be evaluated in this software platform,and the supervision data query of safety quality and safety assessment also could be achieved.This system of safety quality is applied to the practical overhaul process of a nuclear power plant unit 1 101 of China National Nuclear Corporation.Random supervision,potential safety hazard,quality control point supervision and special examination as well as incident investigation were carried out by the safety and quality supervision platform.The results show that the work efficiency is greatly improved for staff of safety quality.Meanwhile,safety and quality problems statistical efficiency is improved more than 4 times.The process of supervision becomes standardization and normalization,the approval degree of supervised staff is significantly improved,which could guarantee the safety climate and status in the process of nuclear power plant overhaul and also could enhance the safety levels.Therefore,multi-reactor management mode of nuclear power plant overhaul could be widely generalized and have potentially broad application.
