In recent years, with the rapid development of China nuclear power engineering,nuclear power construction quality management is facing great challenge. In thisstudy, through in-depth analysis of the existing nuclear power construction qualitycontrol and risk management system, we found the problems. In HAF003regulatoryframework, relying on the construction of the project, using the risk management,factor analysis method, fuzzy synthetic discrimination, this study further improved thenuclear power construction quality control and risk management system, andestablished nuclear power construction quality control risk per-warning model.Firstly, this paper makes a deep analysis on the nuclear power constructionquality control and risk management system. In order to ensure nuclear safety as thegoal, through the research on the existing nuclear power quality assurance system, wefound that nuclear power construction quality control and risk management system isstill not perfect. It has important research value in the "nuclear power constructionquality control risk monitoring-evaluation system and per-warning model".Secondly, according to HAF003, results of nuclear quality assurance programrequirements and the nuclear power construction quality control and risk managementsystem, this study established a set of relatively completed "nuclear powerconstruction quality control risk monitoring-evaluation system". Then, using the riskmanagement, factor analysis method, fuzzy synthetic discrimination, based on relyingon nuclear power projects under construction, the "nuclear power construction qualitycontrol risk monitoring-evaluation system and per-warning model" was founded.According to the result of nuclear power construction quality control risk per-warningevaluation from the model, it provides scientific basis for Risk Management ofNuclear Power Plant Construction Quality Control.Finally, combined with HAF003regulations, according to the level of riskevaluation and per-warning model results, this study puts forward some effectivecorrective measures.This kind of application research is of important significance to the developmentof nuclear power construction quality management level and the safety of nuclearpower. Further research on quality management of nuclear risk is waiting for engineers and scholars to continue to explore. How much adversely affect from allkinds of risk itself to nuclear power project, needs further study.
