Development Of Experience Feedback Data Platform For Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant Outage Project From The Perspective Of Knowledge Management

Nuclear energy is an important part of China's energy system.The quality of nuclear power plant outage projects is related to the safe operation of nuclear power plant units.Experience feedback systems can help reduce safety,health and environmental incidents.The experience feedback system of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant covers all aspects of nuclear power plant operation,safety and quality.However,due to historical reasons,the empirical feedback data platform belongs to different departments and has not been stored and inquired centrally.At the same time,the existing experience feedback database was developed from the perspective of the business process of the management department.It did not consider the needs of the outage project organization and did not meet the work needs of the outage project.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically analyze user needs,especially outage project requirements,to develop a data platform for centralized management of empirical feedback data.Based on the analysis of the experience feedback of the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant and the analysis of the status quo,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the feedback of the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant outage project.Combined with the literature research,this paper proposes to improve the experience feedback system of outage project from the perspective of knowledge management,and systematically analyze the demand.After completing the demand analysis,this paper studies the system design of the experience feedback data platform of the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant outage project,including platform architecture design,functional module design,data table design and client design,and deploys the database.Then analyze the application process of the data platform implementation organization and data platform.Finally,the number of abnormal events and reports was counted,and the number of weekly feedbacks of experience feedback was counted to evaluate the application effect of the experience feedback platform of the outage project.
