Research On Improvement Of S Nuclear Power Plant Overhaul Project Management Scheme

As an important part of the overhaul of nuclear power production activities,with time,many projects,heavy workload,unit status changes frequently,safety and quality control,strict technical requirements and higher interface coordination complex and large resources;at the same time is a key period of overhaul of nuclear power plant production activities in the period the results directly affect the operation of the power station unit nuclear safety performance,and affect the power generation capacity and nuclear fuel cycle continuous operation under a unit of economic benefits.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the project of nuclear power plant overhaul.This paper uses the methods of literature reading,case analysis and summary methods,based on collecting and arranging a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the theory of nuclear power plant overhaul project management are analyzed;the use of case analysis,combined with the specific circumstances of S nuclear power plant,the application of project management theory analysis of current situation of application in nuclear power plant overhaul project.This paper summarizes the current situation of S nuclear power plant overhaul project management,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward specific solutions based on the inductive method.The main contents of this paper include the following five aspects:First,we summarized the advanced experience of project management at home and abroad,and elaborated the application research of project management theory in nuclear power plant overhaul project,which laid a theoretical foundation for the thesis writing.Second,the current situation of the overhaul project management of S nuclear power plant is analyzed.First,the main process of S nuclear power plant overhaul project management is summarized.Then,the present situation of S nuclear power plant overhaul project management is summarized from three aspects,namely,the early stage,the middle stage and the later stage.Third,elaborated the present S nuclear power plant overhaul project management problems,including: risk identification of missing and inappropriate analysis method;overall maintenance scheduling is not scientific;resource allocation plan formulated the corresponding defects;overhaul team should implement suitable analysis and prediction of the incomplete part;process logic,process time is not reasonable;overhaul budget management of existing lead to maintenance department enthusiasm for the implementation of the state overhaul is not high.Fourth,we analyzed the causes of the problems existing in the overhaul project management of S nuclear power plant,including the following aspects: we should pay attention to training staff's cognition of overhaul project management,and make preparations for overhaul projects to be further improved.Fifth,put forward the countermeasure of S nuclear power plant overhaul project of continuous improvement,first summarizes the S nuclear power plant overhaul project preparatory work standardization renovation;and then puts forward specific measures from the three aspects of quality management,schedule control and safety management;at the end of the S nuclear power plant overhaul project management of post evaluation.The quality of the overhaul project has an important impact on the operation performance of the unit,and plays an important role in reducing the production and operation cost and maintenance cost of the unit.The work of the overhaul project is decomposed to the specific maintenance work,and for the overhaul operation,the mainstay of the operation is the maintenance personnel,so the quality of the maintenance personnel directly affects the performance goals of the project.It is an effective way to improve the performance of overhaul projects by carrying out standardized maintenance management,constantly standardizing the maintenance behavior of maintenance personnel,and making them orderly and standardized.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,we can contribute to the research of related fields.
