| The carrying capacity of water resources is able to reflect the characteristics of water supply as the society developed.Making evaluation of its connotation can rationally develop,utilize and protect water resources.The paper studied carrying capacity of water resources in Xiangxi autonomous prefecture's and analyzed the basic situation of water resources in Xiangxi.Judging from the current situation of water resources utilization and social development level of Xiangxi,the water resources carrying capacity has begun to appear the contradiction between supply and demand.In order to realize the sustainable development and utilization of water resources,water resources carrying capacity and society,economy,environment and other deep analysis,determine the scale of water resources carrying capacity.Based on the water resources bulletin of Xiangxi from 2006 to 2015 and the statistics of local economic and social development,the comprehensive index evaluation of water resources carrying capacity was carried out.Through the establishment of mathematical model,the use of conventional trend method of Xiangxi 2020,2025,2030,the supply and demand of water resources were predicted.The predicted results show that the total water demand of Xiangxi 2020,2025,2030 is 1.102,1.187,1.249 billion cubic meters,the total supply of water is 0.984,1.078,1.116 billion cubic meters.In the future,the contradiction between water supply and demand of Xiangxi will be remarkable.Then using the fuzzy comprehensive index evaluation method to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of Xiangxi,Xiangxi 2015,2020,2025 and 2030,the comprehensive index of water resources carrying capacity was 0.4286 0.4076,0.3519 and 0.3297.The comprehensive index of water resources carrying capacity indicates that the shortage of water resources in Xiangxi Prefecture will be the economic development,people's living and ecological environment.In this study,the evaluation results of water resources carrying capacity of Xiangxi water resources in the future to put forward a number of countermeasures.Development of water-saving agriculture and agricultural production,reduce the waste of water resources,increase water recycling efforts is an effective measure to improve the comprehensive index of water resources carrying capacity in Xiangxi prefecture. |
