Water is the source of life,the lifeblood of agriculture and the blood of industries.Water is a precondition for the development of a region.Water resources carrying capacity is an important index to weigh regional sustainable development and a measure of the safety of regional water resources,which is a key and hot issue in water resource research.Water resources are not evenly distributed in Hebi city,and the total water resources are decreasing year by year,It belongs to a water shortage city.With the rapid development of regional economy,it is more and more significance for industrial and agricultural production and residents' life to use.The mode of development and utilization of local water resources can no longer adapt to the mode of social and economic development.At the same time,along with many problems have arisen such as river water quality pollution?groundwater over exploitation?ecological environment damage and so on.Making water resources become the“bottleneck” to restrict social and economic development.How to deal with the development and protection of water resources,how to solve the imbalance between supply and demand of water resources in Hebi and how to alleviate the increasingly acute contradiction between the ecological,social and economic development in the region are the difficult problems to be solved in the study of water resources in Hebi.To study the carrying capacity of water resources is a necessary way to deal with the current water problem.Through evaluation and analysis of water resources carrying capacity,it can better optimize the allocation of water resources in this city,and enhance the carrying capacity of water resources from the root,so as to realize the sustainable development of the region.Based on the above considerations,In this paper,we collected the relevant information from the field,and read a large number of documents at home and abroad,and expounded the development and current situation of water resources carrying capacity.Combined with the actual situation of Hebi,"water resources—economy—society —ecology" is adopted as the research Angle,the evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity in Hebi is constructed,and the multi level fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is used to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of Hebi city and the water resources from 2007 to 2015,and the results are analyzed.In order to explore the reasons and provide suggestions for improving the carrying capacity of water resources from various aspects,it has a certain reference value for the development and utilization of water resources and the rational allocation of water resources in Hebi.
