Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,natural resources and the ecological environment have also suffered tremendous pressure.In order to solve the contradiction between human development and ecological environment,it is very necessary to carry out the research on regional resource and environmental carrying capacity.This paper selects indicators from three aspects of PSR(pressure-state-response)to construct an evaluation index system for urban resources and environmental carrying capacity,uses the improved TOPSIS model to evaluate the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Anhui Province,and at the same time further analyzes the impact on resource and environmental carrying capacity.In the internal factors,this paper introduces the coupling coordination model to analyze the coordination degree of the two subsystems of social economy and resource environment to analyze the mutual influence and coordination degree between the internal factors of the evaluation index system of the bearing capacity,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research content and main conclusions are as follows:(1)Apply the improved TOPSIS model to study the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Anhui Province in 2016 and Anhui Province from 2007 to 2016.The results show that in terms of time series,the resources and environmental carrying capacity of Anhui Province basically showed an upward trend during2007-2016.The resource and environmental carrying capacity of Anhui Province increased from 0.4143 to 0.5475.The level of resource and environmental carrying capacity in Anhui Province rose from a medium level to a good level.In terms of spatial sequence,the overall resource and environmental carrying capacity of Anhui Province in 2016 has significant spatial differences in spatial distribution.Overall,it is high in the south and low in the north.The improved TOPSIS model has improved the objective authenticity of the evaluation results.The evaluation results are in line with the actual situation in Anhui Province.(2)In order to further analyze the internal factors that affect the carrying capacity of the resource environment,this paper introduces the coupling coordination model to analyze the coupling degree of the two subsystems(socio-economic and resource environment)of the resource environment carrying capacity.The results show that: :During the period of 2007-2016,the degree of coupling and coordination betweensocial economy,resources and environment in Anhui Province rose from 0.55 to 0.86.The coupling and coordination level of socio-economic and resource environment in Anhui Province rose from the level of co-ordinated development to the level of well-coordinated development.In terms of spatial sequence,the coupling and coordination level of socio-economic and resource environment in Anhui Province in2016 has obvious spatial differences,but it also shows a certain geographical similarity.This paper introduces the coupling coordination model to analyze the internal relationship between resource and environmental conditions and socio-economic development level in the region,and provides scientific basis and decision-making reference for improving resource and environmental carrying capacity.(3)Based on the above evaluation results,this article proposes targeted comments.Through the scientific and rational use of natural resources,readjusting the industrial structure,accelerating the development of recycling economy,and increasing the investment in environmental protection,we can raise the level of regional resource and environmental carrying capacity.This study provides new ideas and methodological support for the evaluation of urban resource and environmental carrying capacity.
