Comprehensive Evaluation Of Water Resources Carrying Capacity In Anhui Province

As the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta becomes a national strategy,the economic development of Anhui Province will be further improved.The development of a city is bound to have a certain impact on the existing resources in the region.On the contrary,the existing resources in the region will also restrict the sustainable development of the city's economy and society.As one of the important factors that carry economic and social development,urban water resources are related to people's daily life,the survival and high-quality development of industries in the region,and the harmony and progress of society.It can be seen that analyzing and evaluating the regional water resources carrying capacity,and then taking corresponding effective measures to deal with the problems in the economic development of water resources carrying capacity,is of great significance for the rational planning and allocation of water resources and the promotion of sustainable economic and social development in the future.The article first summarizes the basic theories and research progress of water resources carrying capacity;secondly,12 variables related to water resources carrying capacity are screened out from the social economy,water resources and ecological environment system to construct water resources carrying capacity.Evaluation index system:Taking Anhui Province as an example,starting from the two dimensions of time(2003-2019)and space(16 cities under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province),the original data matrix is constructed based on the evaluation index system,and factor analysis in statistics is used Method extracts common factors,weights them with entropy weight method,and respectively obtains comprehensive scores based on factor analysis-entropy weight method;finally,according to the evaluation results,combined with the actual situation of Anhui Province,the countermeasures for optimizing the water resources carrying capacity of Anhui Province are proposed.The results show that the water resources carrying capacity of Anhui Province fluctuates and rises overall in the time dimension.Among them,the comprehensive score of Anhui Province's water resources carrying capacity was the highest in 2016,and the overall score has been declining in recent years;Anhui Province's water resources carrying capacity is unevenly distributed in the spatial dimension.The overall scores are lower than other cities.According to the research results of the two dimensions of time and space,it can provide reference for the development and utilization of water resources,and provide a basis for the optimization of the water resources carrying capacity of the local cities.Figure[16]table[27]reference[75]...
