Cultivated land is the foundation of everything and the most precious agricultural resource. But for a long time, due to the excessive use of cultivated land and the weak awareness of cultivated land protection in our country, the quantity of cultivated land is reduced, the quality of cultivated land is reduced, and the ecological environment is destroyed. The security of cultivated land resources has become a key issue restricting the green development of agriculture in my country. In recent years, the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the sustainable use of cultivated land, and has put forward a series of strategic deployments such as"having grain in the ground, storing grain in technology"and"fallow crop rotation".The protection of cultivated land has shifted from focusing solely on quantity to quantity, quality and ecology."Trinity"transformation.At present,my country's agricultural development has entered a new stage.Green and high-quality development has become the dominant direction of current agricultural development. The environmental carrying capacity of arable land resources has become a key issue in measuring the green development of agriculture in the region, and it is urgent to measure and calculate through index quantification and scientific methods.Yingshang County,Anhui Province is one of the first pilot areas for green agricultural development in the country. In order to promote green agricultural development,it is urgent to find out the level of cultivated land resource carrying capacity in this region. To this end,the paper is based on the statistics of Yingshang County Agricultural Resources Ledger,Yingshang County National Economic and Social Development Statistical Bulletin,Fuyang City Statistical Yearbook and other data, from the perspective of sustainable use of cultivated land, using Driving-Pressure-State-Impact-The Response(DPSIR,driving force-pressure-state-impact-response)model constructs an evaluation index system for the environmental carrying capacity of cultivated land resources in Yingshang County, and uses a combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to determine the index weights, and uses the TOPSIS model The environmental carrying capacity of cultivated land resources in Yingshang County is evaluated, and the obstacle degree model is introduced on this basis to identify the obstacle factors that restrict the environmental carrying capacity of cultivated land resources in Yingshang County. The study found that:overall, the change in the environmental carrying capacity of cultivated land resources in Yingshang County can be divided into two stages:Phase 1:From 2010 to 2013,the environmental carrying capacity index of cultivated land in Yingshang County showed a downward trend during this period;Phase 2:From 2014 to 2019,the environmental carrying capacity index of cultivated land resources in Yingshang County has shown a slow upward trend, and its carrying capacity level has achieved a transition from intermediate to good. From the perspective of obstacle factors, the obstacle factors for the carrying capacity of cultivated land resources in Yingshang County are in a state of constant change. The main obstacles restricting the environmental carrying capacity of cultivated land resources in Yingshang County range from grain yield in 2010(x13),high-standard farmland ratio(x18),pesticide application intensity per unit area(x6),average soil organic matter(x9),and no-tillage area in 2010.Per capita agricultural output value(x15),per capita arable land area(x3),grain yield per capita(x13),soil PH(x8),and per capita grain occupation(x1)Based on the above conclusions, this study puts forward the following policy recommendations:First, speed up the construction of high-standard farmland and increase the productivity of farmland.Second, scientifically and rationally use arable land to promote green development of agriculture.Third, strengthen soil environmental monitoring and governance, and establish incentives and control mechanisms for cultivated land protection.
