Energy is an important basic material related to human survival,economic development and social progress,and is related to the national economic lifeline and national defense security.With the economic development,China’s energy consumption continues to rise,and due to energy resource endowments,China’s energy consumption has always been dominated by coal,and under the energy consumption structure with coal consumption as the main source,a lot of air pollution has been generated.Substances,causing environmental pollution,which in turn affects sustainable development.Therefore,to study the coordination relationship between the energy consumption structure and the carrying capacity of the atmospheric environment and how to adjust the energy consumption structure and improve the air quality are problems that China urgently needs to solve.This article aims to coordinate the urban energy consumption structure and the atmospheric environmental carrying capacity.It mainly conducts research from the following four aspects: first,it uses statistics and system dynamics to solve the problem of urban atmospheric environmental carrying capacity;second,it analyzes the energy of Xi’an in the past 14 years Consumption and atmospheric environment status,and explored the impact of changes in energy consumption structure on the atmospheric environment and the correlation between population,economy,energy consumption structure and atmospheric environment through the Tapio-STIRPAT two-stage model;then the coupling degree model was used to analyze the atmospheric environmental carrying capacity Coupling relationship and coordination degree with urban energy consumption structure;revealing the driving factors for the coordinated development of energy consumption structure and atmospheric environmental carrying capacity based on econometric methods;finally,through the multi-objective programming model,the energy consumption structure in harmony with the atmospheric environmental carrying capacity is solved.The research results show that the construction of a system dynamics model constrained by the “environmental capacity-energy consumption of 10,000 yuan GDP” has solved the problem of non-uniformity of indicators,and quantified government measures to make the predicted atmospheric environmental capacity more satisfactory Accurate;from 2005 to 2018,Xi’an’s energy consumption structure shifted to diversification,and this change also played a certain role in reducing SO2 and PM10 emissions but had little effect on NO2;during this period,the energy consumption structure and the atmosphere The coupling degree of the environmental carrying capacity and the coupling coordinated development degree are low,but they all show a trend of coordinated development;through the co-integration analysis-Granger causality analysis-impulse response-variance decomposition,the coupling coordinated development degree and coal consumption ratio,oil Proportion of Consumption,Proportion of Natural Gas Consumption,Energy Consumption Structure,Annual Average SO2 Concentration,Annual Average NO2 Concentration,Annual PM10 Average Concentration,Days of Air Quality Compliance,Atmospheric Environmental Carrying Capacity Index,Atmospheric Environmental Carrying Capacity Index,Atmospheric Environmental Carrying Capacity There is a long-term balanced co-integration relationship for reducing the carrying capacity of the atmospheric environment,and the energy consumption structure is clean and the atmosphere is reduced Environmental carrying capacity index is conducive to promoting the coordinated development between energy consumption structure and atmospheric environmental carrying capacity;based on the multi-objective planning model,within the scope of the atmospheric environmental carrying capacity,the total energy consumption limit and the energy consumption ratio of various varieties,Xi’an The best energy consumption structure of the city in 2020 to coordinate with the atmospheric environmental carrying capacity is that coal,oil,natural gas and other energy consumption account for 45%,16%,9% and 30%,and the minimum amount of energy consumption is 29.842489 million t standard coal.
