Study On The Promotion Of Farmers' Scientific And Technological Quality In Lin'an City

Agriculture serves as a pivot and farmers play a key role in putting forward the transformation of agricultural development mode,speeding up the process of agricultural modernization.In recent years,the overall level of China's agricultural science and technology has been greatly improved while the independent innovation ability in agricultural science and technology has also been significantly enhanced.Only when agricultural science and technology are mastered by farmers,can these agricultural science and technology promote productivity and make unprecedented contributions to the development of agriculture.Consequently it matters a lot to improve farmers' scientific and technological knowhow especially for the transformation and reform of agricultural development,for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,for the roundabout development of farmers.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the promotion of farmers' scientific and technological quality.Firstly,this paper stated the domestic and foreign research trends and theories about farmers' scientific and technological acquisition while giving definitions to some related concepts.Secondly,this paper adopted the contemporary method of social investigation through a survey of 272 farmers from Taiyang Town,Tianmushan Town and Gaohong Town and visits to the relevant departments in Lin'an City.Based on the information and data through survey and investigation the author elaborated on the status quo of farmers' scientific and technological acquisition in Lin'an.At the same time,the author analyzed and summarized the existing problems and influencing factors in the promotion of farmers' scientific and technological quality in Lin'an.Finally,based on the current farmers' scientific and technological level,Lin'an rural industrial structure planning,scientific and technological demand out of farmers in line with Lin'an economic and social development,this paper proposed countermeasures to further improve farmers' scientific and technological quality in Lin'an from three aspects namely strengthening farmers' education and training of scientific and technological,improving mechanism of agricultural science and technology extension at grassroots areas,exploring the new mode of farmer' scientific and technological training,proposed countermeasures to further improve farmers' scientific and technological quality in Lin'an.
