Research On Agricultural Science And Technology Extension Model Of Farmers' Professional Cooperative Organization In Heyuan City

The 2017 document No.1 of the Central Committee calls for "strengthening agricultural science and technology extension and supporting the extensive participation of various social forces in agricultural science and technology extension." With the improvement of agricultural modernization,farmers' professional cooperative organizations have developed rapidly and become the driving force of our country's rural economic development.Farmers' professional cooperative organizations not only play a significant role in expanding rural economy and increasing farmers' income,but also provide a powerful and practical carrier for agricultural science and technology extension.However,as a new thing,farmers' professional cooperative organization can not play its due advantage and function in agricultural science and technology extension.How to aim at Farmers' Professional Cooperation Organization at present In order to improve the conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements of farmers' professional cooperative organizations and to promote the increase of farmers' income,it is necessary to solve the problems of optimizing the extension mode so as to give full play to its utility.This paper takes the farmers' professional cooperative organization as the main body and the agricultural science and technology extension model as the research object.First of all,it defines the three concepts of farmers' professional cooperative organization,agricultural science and technology extension model,and the diffusion theory of agricultural technology innovation.The applicability of the theory of transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in agricultural science and technology extension was analyzed.Secondly,the present situation of agricultural science and technology extension mode of farmers' professional cooperative organization in Heyuan city is expounded by the combination of field investigation and questionnaire survey and case study.Then,by using the theory of diffusion of agricultural technological innovation and the theory of transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,the paper analyzes one by one.Problems existing in the four extension modes of "cooperative organization of government departments and farmers","cooperative organization of farmers on the Internet","cooperative organization of farmers in scientific research institutions in colleges and universities" and "cooperative organization of leading enterprises of farmers" in Heyuan City,It is concluded that the main reasons for these problems are insufficient attention of government departments,insufficient funds for agricultural science and technology extension,single backward training form and low level of self-development.Finally,according to the problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions,that is,relying on the Internet technology to reform and upgrade the traditional promotion mode,to form "government departments,Internet cooperative organization farmers" and "enterprises(scientific research institutes)." + internet + cooperative organization + farmer ' s promotion mode;Moreover,from the support of the big government,widen the source of funds,strengthen the training and strengthen self-construction,we should optimize the agricultural extension mode of farmers ' professional cooperative organizations in Heyuan City.This paper studies the agricultural science and technology extension model of farmers' professional cooperative organization in Heyuan city,which is helpful to promote the application of agricultural science and technology achievements in Heyuan City,increase farmers' income and promote the healthy development of Heyuan's agricultural modernization.At the same time,it can also provide the basis and reference for the research of agricultural science and technology extension model in underdeveloped areas of our country.
