Research On The Status Quo Of Farmers' Scientific And Technological Quality And Ways To Improve

At this stage,China's agriculture is undergoing a key link in the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,not only the export of products.The first document of the Central Committee in 2018 was deployed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and in 2050,the development goal of"strong agriculture,beautiful rural areas,rich farmers" will be fully realized.As the main body of agricultural production,the farmers plays an important role in the process of rural revitalization,so,they should become the main body of agricultural development.The level of farmers' scientific and technological quality directly affects the level and process of agricultural development.The Datong Municipal Government has responded positively to the national policy,increased the cultivation of farmers'scientific and technological qualities,continued to carry out the work of cultivating new types of professional peasants,and made the cultivation of new type of professional peasants as one of the 10 policies of strengthening agriculture and benefiting farmers and rich peasants.It is listed as one of the five practical tasks for farmers,and the scientific and technological training project for millions of farmers is proposed to continue to be carried out.By increasing the frequency and intensity of culture going to the countryside and inviting agricultural experts to carry out technical teaching in rural areas,the scientific and technological quality of farmers in Datong City has been improved step by step.However,in the process of improving farmers' scientific and technological quality,there are still some outstanding problems such as low level of education,single access to information and weak awareness of science and technology.Through questionnaire investigation,field visit and literature review,this paper makes an understanding of the present situation of farmers' scientific and technological quality in Xinrong District.And objective summary the development situation from accessing to education,accessing to information,accessing to information,awareness of science and technology,and the attitude towards new technologies,which reflecting the current situation of farmers' scientific and technological quality in Xinrong district.On this basis,the problems existing in farmers' scientific and technological quality are deeply analyzed,and the root causes of the problems are also analyzed.Through drawing lessons from the development experience of other countries,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects,such as perfecting the legal system,perfecting the agricultural technology extension system and developing the rural vocational education.
