Research On Farmers' Satisfaction Of Agricultural Technology Extension Services In Rural Agricultural Technology Station In Tianyuan District Of Zhuzhou City

Agricultural technology station is the most major part of agricultural technology extension system,and the operation is related to the development of modern agriculture and rural economy.Farmers,as recipients of agricultural technology promotion services,can most directly feel the effectiveness of agricultural technology station services.Through investigating the satisfaction degree of farmers to agricultural technology station,we know the current situation of agricultural technology station and the specific effect of agricultural technology extension.This article mainly focuses on the farmers' satisfaction with the agricultural technology extension service of the agricultural technology station in Tianyuan District of Zhuzhou City,and analyzes the specific influencing factors.This article uses literature research,questionnaires,and measurement analysis methods.First of all,starting from the domestic and foreign research trends,it will provide a theoretical basis for future research;Secondly,investigate and understand the present situation of Tianyuan agricultural technology station in Zhuzhou.;Finally,four rural households in Tianyuan District of Zhuzhou City were selected as samples to conduct a questionnaire survey.Use SPSS 22.Software to collect the data in a crosstab for single factor and satisfaction influence chi-square test,And descriptive analysis of farmers' satisfaction with agricultural technology station service content and farmers' promotion behavior.The independent variables and dependent variables in the index system are included in the logistic regression model to make an empirical analysis.Research results show,the satisfaction of farmers in the agricultural technology promotion service of agricultural technology station in Tianyuan District of Zhuzhou City has basically reached the level of “satisfaction”.It is also found that there are some problems in the process of extension service of agricultural technical station,such as imperfect infrastructure,inadequate extension form and content,and low overall quality of agricultural technicians.Based on the above analysis,puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions,so as to improve farmers' satisfaction with agricultural technology stations:(1)fully mobilize the participation of farmers in their enthusiasm;(2)improve the construction of agricultural technical station facilities;(3)strengthening the construction of agricultural talent team;(4)innovative agricultural technology promotion;(6)construction of agricultural technology extension service network.
