Study On Agricultural Technology Extension In Cherry Science And Technology Park Of Xin'an County

With the popularization of agricultural modernization,agricultural development has developed from the traditional support of the experience passed down from generation to the support of new agricultural science and technology.The input and use of agricultural science and technology has brought new ways to increase agricultural production and increase farmers undefined income.As a link and bridge between agricultural science and technology and agricultural production,agricultural technology extension transforms agricultural science and technology into practical and effective agricultural productivity.However,there are still some problems in its development,such as unclear responsibility of agricultural technology extension subject,imperfect operation system,unreasonable structure of government financial support to agricultural technology and so on.Cherry planting in Xin'an County,Henan Province has a history of 3000 years.It is located in Wutou Town,Xin'an County.The cherry grooves in Cijian Town are about 17 kilometers long,with an area of more than 30,000 mu.The planting scale is the largest in western Henan Province.In 2007,the provincial government named Cherry Peach ditch Park in Xin'an County as "ten thousand mu pollution-free cherry base".Based on Maslow's demand theory of hierarchy of needs,diffusion theory and Motivation theory,this paper studies the problems,causes and countermeasures of agrotechnical extension in Cherry Science and Technology Park of Xin'an County.During the investigation period,it was found that the agricultural technology extension in Cherry Park of Xin'an County had a low degree of guidance on local industrial policies,a weakening of the effect of the agricultural technology team,an unreasonable structure of government financial subsidies,and a weak scientific and technological support system.Product sales link block and other problems.Through the deep research and analysis of these problems,it is found that the policy accuracy is low,the talent training management and introduction system is not perfect,the function of the finance department is missing,and the consciousness of mechanization and intensive production is lacking.The single distribution channel of sales is the main cause of these problems.It is considered that to improve the agricultural technology extension in Cherry Park,we need to upgrade the level of agricultural technology extension of the government,perfect the system of team building,optimize the structure of financial subsidies,and increase the strength of science and technology support.Strengthen the strength of integration of local industries and other measures.
