With the opening of the financial market,an increasing number of competitive commercial banks have swarmed into Huai'an,which poses a great threat to indigenous commercial banks.This paper focused on researching the H Commercial Bank at Huai'an.In 7recent years,various external banks such as Shanghai Pudong Development Bank,China Minsheng Bank,Guangdong Development Bank all flood into Huai'an.H Commercial Bank is confronted with the serious outflow of talent,since these external banks put the localization strategy into practice.They employ the local excellent and relatively scarce banking practitioner,especially those who master numerous customer resource and financial techniques through providing handsome salary and good enterprise environment.This article mainly discusses howdoes H Commercial Banks formulate the talent management countermeasure to cope with the brain drain problem.Based on the study of the current situation of brain drain of 1H bank,H bank information through surveys and interviews,understand the development situation of H,and summarizes the characteristics of its staff turnover,to analyze the factors affecting the internal and external talent loss are related to focus on how to H commercial banks to develop talent management strategies to cope with the loss of the problem of talent.First of all,this essay combs the theoretical basis of talent outflow ased on the summary of previous research achievements,then it analyzes the implication,classification and effect of the talent outflow of commercial banks.Secondly,it summarizes the internal and external reasons of brain drain of H Commercial Bank by concluding the characteristics of brain drain.The internal causes are more than the following:uncompetitive salaries,lack of human-based management mechanism,lack of loyaity,inadequate incentivesand unreasonable employment.Meanwhile,the main external reasons are due to the lack of competitiveness,the protection of social system to employee turmoverbehavior and the will of individuals.Finally,the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasure according to the inherent internaland external causes of H Commercial Banks and by using the talent management theory formulated by outstanding enterprises at home and abroad for reference.The countermeasures are divided into two parts.On the one hand,in view of the internal reasons,the bank should optimize the payment level and pay more attention to welfare policy.It also need to focus on optimaling management plan and developing rational emotional investment.Additionally,the bank should select the appropriate local people,strengthen the control of internal information,arrange the position reasonably,optimize performance indicators and strengthen employee motivation.On the other hand,for external factors,in order to relieve the talent outflow,the paper comes up with the following strategies:enhance the competitiveness,optimize the talent training,maintain the local feature,and raise the cost of labor force floating.Above all,under the study and analysis the problems of staff outflow of H Commercial Bank,the essay puts forward the effective resolving thinking and methods in order to provide reference for banks to reduce the chance of the outflow of talent.
